One of our industry experienced and senior level certified trainers is 'live' and students are actively engaged in the topic by being encouraged to ask questions and participate in discussions.

1) This Webinar is scheduled for 28 hours to take into account the additional starting and stopping.
2) Students will be allowed to miss 1 class and still receive a certificate of completion

Refunds will be made for cancellations received ten working days in advance of the program start date. After that, the participant or organization will be held responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Cancellation - Tec-Ease, Inc. may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed 5 or more working days prior to the scheduled date, Tec-Ease, Inc. will refund the registration fee but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
